GCHS students who recently passed End of Program assessments in their CTE pathway have earned a combined 375 college credit hours and saved $70,875 in tuition based on KCTCS rates. What a fantastic start to their postsecondary journey!
Not only are they ahead of the game, they are also well ahead of their state counterparts, with a pass rate of nearly 70% for all EOPs taken. GCHS pass rates exceeded state averages by 5 to 26 points in every tested area.
EOPs are one measure of career readiness in Kentucky’s accountability system. The state-developed assessments are based on standards identified by Kentucky employers. They are aligned with CTE career pathways and supported by statewide articulation agreements with postsecondary partners to ensure that course credits are accepted at participating colleges.
