The Technology Center has received a $1,000 grant from TVA to purchase a new 3D printer for the school’s Computer Science pathway, just launched this year. Virtual ESS Google Classroom is our Virtual Tutoring Platform.
It is available for students on Virtual Edgenuity, for students on Google Classroom NTI@Home and for students attending in-person classes that are unable to attend in-person tutoring (offered Tuesday and Wednesday after school from 2:50 to 3:50.)
You will need to join the Virtual ESS Google Classroom using your google classroom invite if you are a Virtual Edgenuity student or you can also join using class code qw7767k
Then, you will go to classwork and select the content area in which you need the help.
You can attend the Math Virtual Tutoring google meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4 or if unable to do that, schedule a meeting.
Tutoring for all Non-math subjects is offered by appointment only. Appointment sign-ups are available on the “Virtual ESS” Google Classroom.

Good evening. Students will receive picture proofs Oct. 23, Oct. 26, 27 and 28 during lunch at the high school. Virtual students can pick up their proofs the same days between 10:30 a.m. and noon.

Real-world skills and career training opportunities provided by the Grayson County Technology Center continue to grow thanks to a generous $5K grant to the CMM (machining) Program from the Gene Haas Foundation of Haas Automation. Funding will expand NIMS industry certifications and provide scholarships for continued education and training.

Yearbook pictures will be Tuesday and Wednesday. All students, including seniors, will be photographed on the day they are in school. Virtual students need to come between 11-12:30 p.m. on one of these days.
