Matt Hayes - A lot of the work Mr. Hayes does goes unseen; his leadership in CTE makes a lasting difference for students, staff, and the entire community. Because of his dedication, opportunities are created, programs thrive, and futures are shaped. He is a steady hand, a thoughtful leader, a Godly man who serves fully with his heart. His work matters and means a lot. He is very appreciated.
Just a reminder: Gnomey Homies are nominated by staff members; it is a small way to recognize or showcase staff members for going above and beyond. We are proud of our staff at GCHS and the work and dedication they put into students every day. It truly is a heart work.

Mrs. Day is a wonderful person and a fantastic teacher. She is incredibly helpful. It is amazing that she is able to juggle so many things and still step up to help others. Many are thankful to get to work with her, and her students are incredibly lucky to have her.
Ms. Elliott has been a wonderful addition to our GCHS family. She is student-focused and shows compassion and care with all students. Her willingness to go above and beyond is very appreciated!

Mr. Burns is indispensable to GCHS. First, through his outstanding work in IT, and now in his seamless transition to the classroom. He has a calm, steady presence that students respond to, along with a wide knowledge base that they respect. He continues to fill many roles and is always willing to lend a hand where needed.
Mrs. Cook goes above and beyond, thinking outside the box to ensure that her students have a memorable experience at GCHS. She genuinely cares for all students and their best interests. She gives it her all in her dual role as teacher and department head.
Gnomey Homie recipients are noted for their exceptional addition to GCHS. Please help us congratulate them!

T2 for GCHS Students is over half completed.
In-Person students: Progress grades were posted prior to Christmas Break. Finals are set for February 12 and 13, which are taken in all classes students are enrolled in. T3 will start on February 17, in the event we have no inclement weather.
Virtual students should be at approximately 55% completion, today, in order to complete their course by the due date. Parents can request to have their child's progress emailed to them weekly, by contacting their Counselor. Virtual students classes will be archived on Monday, February 16 @ 7:30 and the relative grade will be posted to the transcript.
Senior important dates are attached; however, some dates (last day of school/graduations) are subject to change and will not be finalized until early April.

Any GCHS student can attend and he/she can invite 1 guest that is high school age, up to 20 years of age. Any guest that is not a student of GCHS, an approval form must be completed. Those forms can be picked up outside of Mrs. Harned's office, and have been available since December 9. All guest forms must be turned in 2 days prior to purchasing your tickets.
All proceeds assist with senior activities.
Attire is semi-formal
